- User Management: Authentication systems, user roles, permissions, and access control features

5. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

Liability Limitations
- Direct Damages: Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Service Interruptions: We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues
